My sweet handsome baby boy came into my life 9 years go on March 21st. I had gotten his daddy as a mothers day present and his mommy as a birthday present. When he was born he was only one who survived. Everyone in my house took turns making sure he and mommy were ok for days. He didn't even develop all his skin yet. He got his name because his dad was named Jake. So he became Jake Jr aka jj.

He sleeps with me every night. Ever since his mom and dad died few years ago he has never left my side. He always protects me. He comes to work with me everyday and lays under my desk. He loves to swim but hates being sprayed with the water hose. While I'm making dinner we put on Disney or opera and sing together. Every morning he wakes me up with a kiss.

When his parents passed away he was there for me. He is why I got out of bed everyday. I've gone through so much in life and when I look at him I can't help but smile. I can feel his love. He always makes sure to rinse the dishes with his tongue before they go into dishwasher. I can't bring a watermelon in the kitchen though because he is scared of watermelons. He is so gentle and loving.

He has a tumor on his spleen and it's causing internal bleeding. He goes in at 7am for xray to see if the cancer has spread anywhere else. The procedure is 3 to 4 thousand and I don't even have enough for xray or if it is worse then we think the xray and his cremation. All his family is cremated and I don't want him to not be with us. He goes to faulkville animal hospital in bloomingdal GA.

It will give me a reason to get out of bed and not give up right now. I just moved and spent everything I had on that. I've had a really hard time lately and I don't even want to think about getting through it without him. I need him so much right now.
