About this campaign
Jordan came to me 12 1/2 years ago. My neighbor had thrown him outside at 3months old because he had fleas. I started taking care of him and he started sleeping at my house. When my neighbor offered him to someone else I spoke up and said he wants to be with me. He went on walks with my puppy and I and learned to cross the street. It was a nightly ritual to walk around the block with Jordan .
Jordan is very laid back. He was often seen visiting other people in my neighborhood with out me but he always came home to his friends. He is quiet and sedate now as he doesn't go outside anymore. We moved where the traffic is harsher. He loves everyone . I used to call him the neighborhood cat as he used to visit everyone and everyone knew him.
I have been out of work since March 2020 due to the Covid-19. I just recently received my first disability payment ( today) as I am now on disability due to COPD Congestive Heart Failure.
Jordan developed feline herpes at a young age which left one eye in poor health but other than that he was in extraordinary health until a tumor developed in his rear foot. He will most likely need an amputation. His doctor is Dr Tellier at Fisherville Animal Hospital in Penacook NH. They are very awesome to each an everyone of their patients.
Jordan LOVED my corgi and I believe he misses him very much since she died. They walked with me everywhere (without leashes) and would wait outside the store for me to come back out. He has to sleep touching my hand. I think that is just the cutest thing. Lately he has been sleeping on my chest.
