Joy is a 4 month old Golden Retriever in Brookville, OH, who needs $2,000 for Hip Surgery.

We bought sweet joy for our kids for Christmas this past year! She is so loving , full of energy and just is the briggest cuddle buddy!!! She lives with me, my husband and 6 kids that love her so much!!!!

When she was 13 weeks old my son fell while he was holding her going down the stairs and landed on her leg, I took joy to the emergency vet that did X-rays and said that she just needed rest and fluids. She never got better unfortunately. We went to our current vet today got updated X-rays and she requires surgery of her left hip/leg or she might lose it!

Everything about joy is special! She makes my kids laugh & happy all the way around! She loves to sit and give paw to get her puppy treats! She loves to cuddle with you and just love on you

We have maxed out our care credit , her surgery will cost around 5,000 to have done at medvet! We have 6 kids at home & a daughter that just had her 9th surgery on her leg in 3 years! Bills are adding up! We love joy and need to keep her healthy!
