My golden retriever, June Bug, has always been the heart of my home. She’s a joyful, loyal companion who’s been by my side since I was about 20 years old. June Bug is always smiling, loves the water and sunshine, and adores playing with all her stuffed babies. She truly means the world to me—my first baby and my best friend

Recently, June Bug’s health has taken a turn. She was hospitalized for liver complications, including extremely elevated liver enzymes that could put her at risk for acute liver failure. Now, she needs to see a medical internist/ oncologist for further testing. The road ahead includes specialist consultations, an abdominal ultrasound, and possible treatment plans.

June is the light of many lives within our family . She has been there for me since I was about 20 years old and we have grown together in these last 9 years . She loves children and loves socializing with people . She is my gentle giant and my whole world

With June’s declining health , came sudden medical expenses . When she was hospitalized within the last week , that treatment alone along with diagnostics reached about $1900 and we expect more expenses as she is due to see an internist specialist on 4/29/2026
