Jynx is a beautiful Rottweiler German Shepherd mix. My son was 22 when he brought her into my home. I didn’t want another animal, we’d already had a family dog but she soon grew on me. My son left for the Army shortly after. She was a very feisty puppy and loved antagonizing our older dog, Cloud. He soon learned to love her too! He passed away 3 yrs ago. He was 11 yrs old. Jynx was heartbroken.

I recently noticed a knot on her stomach. I tried to put off taking her to the vet because of my work schedule. One day on my lunch break I raised her let to examine it and noticed there were 2 puncture wounds. I rushed her to The Shot Spot veterinary hospital. I was told by her vet Katherine Goleniak that Jynx has 2 Mamory Tumors. They are infected. The surgery to remove them is 2,243.50.

Jynx has a best friend named Seven! He’s much younger than she is and keeps her on her toes. Seven was my daughters dog. Once she moved she left him with me. Seven and Jynx had 3 litters together. 8 live birth and 2 Stillborn. Jynx was the best most compassionate and protective Mom. Jynx is good with kids and loves people. She’s great at the groomer and the Vet. She loves toys and treats.

I have a deep love of animals and cannot think of putting an animal to sleep just because it needs surgery. Jynx deserves to get a chance to be healthy again. This is an expense I cannot pay on my own. An expense that I didn’t plan for. I’m asking you to please help her
