Kal is a 4-year-old Pit Mix in New Haven, MI, who needs $1,300 for Mast Cell Surgery.

We adopted kal from a PetSmart event. His mother was found pregnant as a stray. He was so tiny when we got him at just 8 weeks old. We live on 7 acres. He loves to run and play.

Kal is everyone’s best friend, but mostly Lukas’s. He’s our 11 year old son. Kal follows him everywhere. He’s also obsessed with me, he thinks I’m his “mom”

Kal is so silly and funny. He loves to run and play. He is always overflowing with love and kisses. He has never met anyone he doesn’t love. He is an emotional support dog for our son who has chronic asthma.

Kal was just diagnosed with mast cell cancer. Surgery is needed immediately. They want to do it next week.
