Kane came into our lives as a six-week-old puppy. on March 5th we recently celebrated his 12th birthday! From the start, he has been the most loving and loyal companion—our kids’ best friend, a protective and playful soul, and a bright light in our family.

Kane has lived a vibrant, healthy, happy life, but at his recent yearly checkup, X-rays revealed a tumor on his spleen. Without immediate surgery, he is at risk of rupture, which will be fatal.
