About this campaign

Kash is a 3.5 month old Golden Doodle. He was brought as a support dog for my 7 year old daughter with down syndrome. On her birthday he took a tumble down our stairs and broke his femur, that requires surgery. He is the newest edition to our family. I feel bad because my daughter does not understand why Kash can not get up and run and play with her.

On Wednesday April 3rd we met with the Doctor at ColdWater Animal Hospital in Rochester NY and the Doctor told us that Kash has a broken femur that requires surgery. He told us that it will be $5,100 to repair Kash leg.

Kash is a very energetic, playful puppy. He loves sprinting around the yard. He loves his squeeky play toys. He loves when my daughter throws the tennis ball and he has to go and fetch it. It warms my heart to see how much joy he brings to our home.

Im in desperate need. I just brought a home and I don't have a fund set up aside and this accident is not in my budget. But I can't leave Kash with a broken leg. My daughter doesn't understand why Kash can not play with her and that I do not have the Money for the surgery.
