Kawa is a 7-year-old in Lackawanna , NY, who needs $228 for Emergency care and hospitalization.

Kawa was found as a baby in someone's basement with only his 2 brothers. When he brought to me in the carrier as you see in the picture he was to loveable not to make him my furbaby. He was less then 4 weeks old his eyes just opened. He had to be bottle feed at first but he was a fighter. He took to a litter box right away,and has been the love of my life since that day.

Kawa is the best thing for my only son who is disabled. They are like to brothers one starts with the other, and its mostly Kawa that starts. He is so fun to watch and like all my baby's he is spoiled rotten. Well my friends say he is I don't see it. He lives a high life he has more toys then a preschool. He loves sleeping in his window bed that way he can slapp anyone walking by.

Kawa comes into a room like his tail is on fire and jumps up to fight you like your not suppose to be in that room. With my son Kawa will calmly walk over and slapp him for no reason and then the two start playing hide and seek with each other. Kawa wins 80%of the time. Kawa loves any box no matter how big or how small. He tries to get into a empty kleenex box which he is to big for.

Kawa was given a clean bill of health when I had him neutered on March 16,2022. He had all is vaccines and was chipped. Today the vet at community pet care hospital said,Kawa was blown up with air. It is affecting his breathing. His face, throat, stomach, his front legs and skin have air them and the vet is unsure how or why. They said it could be a tear in his windpipe.

Today on March 22,2022 I was woken up by my furbaby vomiting he was not looking well. Just 2 days ago my sons father had 2 stroks. My son and I are scared that we are going to lose them both. My furbaby is my sons only true friend. Kawa needs to be ok for him.
