My Turkish Angora is Kayisi, I decided to name her a Turkish name as I had other Turkish Angoras that were also named based on their breed origin. Her name means apricot and since she is an orange , auburn red color it suits her. She was meant to be in the breeding pool but had a bit of a catitude and it was decided she would be adopted out as a pet. I've had her since she was about a year old.

My little red girl is about 10 years old now and she never would let me brush her teeth I've tried several times but she's a bit headstrong and also a bit of a biter. So now she has some dental disease that requires surgery. We have gotten assistance for medical needs before but dental is never covered. She's at great risk with this infection and will be treated at Sierra Oaks veterinary hospital.

Kayisi is a terribly smart little feline. She's a triple whammy when it comes to rarity. Being that she is a female red tabby. And of course a Turkish Angora which is also quite a rare breed. She loves to ride in the car. Walks on her leash and harness and escapes from said harness in order to catch a mouse here and there. She tolerates my boy cat; Augustine sometimes grooming and cuddling him.

I had some health problems a few years back with Lyme disease and also leaving my abusive ex-husband. I have been able to make ends meet except for the occasional emergency and since dental isn't covered and now very expensive I am asking for assistance. Thank you! 😺
