Keanu presented in September with septic anemia due to a severely infected tooth. The infection had spread from the tooth to Keanu's sinuses and lungs. After extracting the tooth and a long bout of intensive hospitalization, Keanu turned the corner and was able to return home on antibiotics.

Unfortunately, even after a long course of antibiotics, Keanu still has a sinus infection. A microbiology culture and sensitivity test might provide valuable insight as to the best course of action for further treatment.
