Kevin Fernandez II lives in my parking lot under my Jeep. I feed him daily. Earlier this week I noticed a red clump on his neck and need to get him urgent vet care. Unfortunately, Raleigh doesn't have an adequate care network for community cats, and I must assume all financial responsibilities for Fernandez's care.

Emergency vet care for neck wound. I don't have any additional information as this is a rapidly developing situation. My hope is to get Fernandez seen about TODAY!
