Khloe is a 4 year old Mix-Breed in Marshall, WI, who needs $2,000 for TPLO/Extra-capsular ACL Repair.

Khloe was rescued 12/18/20 from an abusive home where she was left behind & wounded by shrapnel during hurricane Sally earlier that year. We met her at DCHS where her gorgeous underbite & cow print immediately stole our hearts! She was adopted to be an emotional support animal for her brother Andre who has Autism. She lives with her 4 human siblings & her disabled mom who lives on a fixed income.

Khloe tore her right CCL 6/24/24 trying to run after a squirrel (& putting on a few extra pounds). After getting an extremely high quote from a vet for TPLO surgery or extra-capsular ACL repair surgery, we decided to let her heal on her own while we saved up for the surgery ($3k-$10k). Sadly yesterday morning she slipped and hurt her other leg. She’s now unable to bare weight on either leg. UW vet

Khloe is an emotional support animal for her human brother Andre who has ASD. She helps him feel safe & comfortable at home & in social settings! She is a very loving & playful dog who absolutely loves attention & treats! You can always find her sitting on someone’s lap (despite being over 60lbs) & licking someone’s ear! She adores her mom & always sleeps right by her side! She’s our QUEEN!!!

Living on a fixed income as a single mom has made it extremely difficult to take care of a large dog & 3 growing kids (1 with special needs). I’m also disabled and unable to work due to Cervical radiculopathy & fibromyalgia so saving for this surgery seems next to impossible
