Kia is a 4 year old American Pit Bull Terrier in Lynden, WA, who needs $1,000 for Tumor Removal.

Kia was born into my family, and has been very much a member of the family, I doubt she knows she's a dog. Recently, she has developed a fast growing, malignant tumor. Vet bills are already over $500, and I'd like to help my father raise the $1000 needed to have this tumor removed. The tumor is quickly making her quality of life diminish, and no one wants to put this sweet girl down

Kia has a softball size tumor on her jaw/neck. It grew from the size of a quarter in just a couple months. Ferndale Vet Hospital(in Ferndale, Was) has quoted roughly $1000 to have it removed after biopsying it.

Kia saved my dad's life when his trailer caught fire several years ago, persistently waking him up. They've been inseparable since. Kia is very much a part of the family. All daily activities(work, car rides, even dinner:) this girl comes along.

My dad has recently started his own business and it's been pretty slow. I'm sure it will pick up, but in the mean time, kia needs this tumor removed, and $1000 just isn't feasible right now.
