Kimber is a rescue for us We've had for almost a yr now shes 2 husband has always had working dogs and honestly isn't animal person but he had seen her a few times in a town that's about an hr away at a gas station he stops at while riding with friends they were there 1 day and she was there again and had almost been hit she came right up to him and just was as happy as could be so I got a call

she ran in the road and got hit she fractured her front right leg in 2 places and needs surgery to repair it we went to put her down and she just didn't look ready we brought her home and she made it thru we had already said our goodbyes and we're all crying took her to another vet and the first vet was way wrong about what was wrong VCA Bakersfield animal hospital was amazing

Her dad is her favorite they have been bonded since day 1 and he's broke all his rules about animals with her she also 2 teenage brothers and an older sister that she has a special relationship differently with each one 1 plays 1 cuddles 1 she argues with and me you know I'm just mom and she 1 of my kids but she's my favorite shhh lol she also 2 4 legged friends next door she's very energetic

His 2 sons came to live with us about the time we got her and spent our savings on getting them here we've all gotten so close and would love for her to keep her leg and for her to still be able to her special Lil things she won't be able to do without it
