Kimber is a 2-year-old Great Dane in Liberal, KS, who needs $2,000 for Neurological Disorder/Brain Bleed.

Kimber was born in Kansas City. When I first saw her picture online I fell in love and knew she had to be apart of our family. She was originally adopted to be my son’s therapy dog, however her and I connected more than I could have imagined. Within a few days, Kimber and I were inseparable. It was like she knew what I before I knew, I can’t imagine my life without Kimber in it. She is my soul.

Kimber has become my therapy partner, she knows how to pull me out of extremely depressive episodes. She has also been able to sense when I’m getting a migraine and it’s like she knows exactly what to do. Kimber is so gentle with my kids and loves to cuddle with them. Kimber even comforts them when they fall and get hurt

Kimber has made an impact on not only my family but with the kids at my children’s school. Kimber is the sweetest girl and loves meeting new people, especially children. She absolutely loves to play fetch with her squeaky balls. Kimber also loves to stand at the front window and watch cars drive past, I’m sure it’s because she loves going for car rides herself.

Kimber is currently being treated at PRAIRIE PET MOBILE VET for a possible bleed in the midbrain after falling off the bed and hitting her head. In our small town we don’t have an MRI machine for animals to confirm. Kimber is putting up a heck of a fight to get better.

Unfortunately, our family is low income and weren’t expecting this. Having Kimber healthy and home would mean the world to my family. She’s a part of our family and my heart and soul.
