Kirby is a 4-year-old Mixed Breed in Racine, WI, who needs $1,500 for Low Fat Diet, Zofran, and Prednisone.

We rescued Kirby in December of 2018 and he was approx 1 yrs old at the time. We have loved him since day one. He lives with myself, my boyfriend (his dad) and my daughter. Everyone that comes over just falls in love with him, he is the sweetest boy ever. He gives us unconditional love everyday no matter how he is feeling.

He is so good with family members and strangers for that matter, he just loves people. He loves to go for rides and walks, those are 2 words that he knows by heart. He loves to play with his squeaky toys and brings them to us and he shakes them and he is just funny. He has 2 different colored eyes and everyone thinks he is so cute.

He is such a special dog, he just loves people and life. He likes to watch TV sometimes, especially pitbulls and paroles, he runs up to the TV and watches the dogs. When he begs for food, he will stick his nose in your back or just lay his head on your leg and give you that look like, please!! He is just so special and knows he was rescued.

He started vomiting a few months back and then was being really picky about his food, just thought he was going through a phase but then he started to lose alot of weight, etc. Took him to an internal specialist and he has been diagnosed with pancreatitis and IBS, we have spent $2300 thus far and he is going to need surgery to test his pancreas and smaller intestines for other things.

It was a sudden unexpected financial thing for us, we have spent $2300 so far and exhausted all of our means. My boyfriend has MS and is on SSDI and i am the only one working. It would mean the WORLD to us to have our dog healthy again, we love him so much
