About this campaign
We adopted 3 month old Kirby and Tikka (siblings) in March 2021. I found them both online, they are both rescued English Bulldogs. They both with their parents were rescued by Plain and Fancy animal rescue team in Ohio before they could be put down by the owners. Kirby is a sweetheart, he is very funny, playful, adorable puppy who needs to get Cherry eye removed.
Kirby loves to spend his time in the kitchen with Tikka. Kirby loves when I am at home and cooking. He feels relaxed and sleeps while I am doing something. He is pretty smart and loves to keep an eye on everything. Kirby likes to swing and watch the fish or birds. He likes to make weird noises when he sleeps and gets up.
I always was able to cover my expenses, but since Covid 19 everything is changed in our life. I returned to work in April but now I am getting paid less than used to. My husband is unemployed, his hotel is never reopened. He is still searching for a new job.
Kirby has prolapsed gland of the third eyelid. Because he is an English bulldog, and might have a problem with anesthesia/sedation, he requires specialist's help to get the surgery. Surgery scheduled to September 20, 2021 at the PVSEC Bluepearl., Pittsburgh. We were referred to Doctor Michael J. Finn by our veterinarian. Estimated cost given to us is between $2190 up to $2760!
Kirby is very special to me because, I don't have any children. He is my boy, my savior! I don't like being away from him for too long. He is very attached to me. I call him Momma's boy. I don't want anything happen to him. Anyone who met him before knows that he is very loving dog who just wants some attention and love!
