Kiro is a 5-year-old German Shepherd in Little Rock, AR, who needs $2,000 for Pneumonia.

Kiro is a 5 year old German Shepherd I have had since he was 3 months old. He is my motivator to become more active and loves going running, hiking and swimming with me. Although he is does look like a big boy, he is all bark and is the biggest teddy bear there is. I could not imagine a life without waking up to his slobbery kisses.

Kiro goes on road trips with me going on hikes and finding dog allowed lakes to swim with. He always sleeps by my side and is the most affectionate dog there is constantly giving licks when he is not asking for a toy to be thrown. He interacts well with all family and family member dogs and makes sure they all get their steps in playing with him!

Kiro is the goofiest dog there is, I call him Mr. Zoomies because his favorite thing to do is to grab a toy and run around with it having you chase him. His goofyness does not stop there- he loves to snuggle in between all pillows and blankets to the point where you do not see nothing but his big pointy ears. Once you find him, he pounces out and licks your face.

After playing fetch I noticed Kiro had boogers dripping from his nose and took him to the vet. Upon going there the Vet heard some crackle sounds in his lungs and did an X-ray to tell him he has Pneumonia and needed immediate hospitalization with an IV and several testing. I was and am completely shocked since my dog is up to date on vaccinations.

Being the most healthy, up to date shots and young this was completely unexpected. I unfortunately do not have a savings up to par to where I can pay for all of the medical examination and antibiotics needed to get Kiro back to his goofy and active self.
