Kitt is a 8-year-old Domestic short haired in Seattle, WA, who needs $800 for Labwork and dental exam..

My daughter adopted Kitt about 4 years ago, from a military family who received orders to go to Germany. She works a lot so since I am retired and home all of the time we decided Kitt should live with me from now on to keep one another company. She has been my comfort during the lockdown and isolation times during the pandemic.

She is sensitive to my needs and concerns. I suffer from anxiety. Kitt can be asleep in the bedroom and feel my anxiety when I'm in the living room and she will come to rub against me as if she is saying, "...if you pet me you will feel better." It's true, she does help me feel better. I just love her!

I am on SSI, retired, and cannot afford her dental treatments. So while looking for alternative means to pay for them, I saw this crowdfund and wanted to give it a try in hopes of helping Kitt get back purring again. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your interest

I noticed her drooling last week and being very careful when wetting her paw to clean herself. She was also having a hard time eating dry food. I took her to the Community Pet Clinic and they said she has dental issues. One tooth is infected and needs to be pulled if the antibiotics they gave me, don't clear it up. It breaks my heart to see her in so much discomfort.

Kitt is small in stature as if she was the runt of the litter, but she is so sweet and gentle. She loves to be groomed and have her ears rubbed. She is the most well-mannered cat I have ever owned; she doesn't have a bone in her body. When I tell her to go get her toy, she will look around until she finds it. So darn cute!
