Kiwi is a 15-year-old Aussie/Heeler Mix in Winslow , AZ, who needs $1,018 for Arthritis and Constipation Treatment.

Kiwi came into my life almost 15 years ago as a pup of 14 weeks. She'll be 15 this December 2023. A few weeks ago we had a scare regarding her health which turned out to be a bowel blockage issue, Canyon Pet Hospital in Flagstaff, Arizona took care of her and got her on the path to getting better, and Kiwi's animal friendos , Tilda, Harriett Houdini, Tilda, Tiglet, and Cykatooky II.

Kiwi, who is a spotted dotted dog, has a good pet bed that she shares with her friendos daily. There are synchronized nap competitions with Tilda (black & tan dog), Harriett Houdini (black cat), Tiglet (gray tabby cat with socks), and her newly adopted puppy, Cykatooky II (black & white spotted puppy). Kiwi has raised the 2 cats, Tilda, and now Cykatooky II. All dogs go to the park twice daily.

Kiwi has taught me to be a better human. From her early playful days as a puppy making her toy pig oink and me laugh, to her raising 2 cats, preening them and caring for them, now they preen her and wait by the door for their dog mother to return from the bark park. Tilda, who Kiwi met at the park 3 1/2 years ago, stays with Kiwi 5 days a week while her owner works, and Cykatooky II just recently.

Kiwi was rushed to Canyon Pet Hospital in Flagstaff, AZ on Oct 27, 2023. She had a bowel blockage and arthritis issues causing her pain and adding to the blockage issue. Dr. Natalie Woodburn and assisting staff got Kiwi's condition quickly diagnosed and Kiwi is doing well and thriving. Just the other day while on a walk she got feisty and began a loping grandma trot. She is 15 in December.

My friend Alison saved the day October 27, 2023 when she drove us to Flagstaff to Canyon Pet Hospital an hour from Winslow, and paid the $1018.69 emergency pet hospital bill, so we are raising funds to refund the money she carries on her card.
