I adopted Koda from a PetSmart adoption event over 12 years ago when he was a foster kitten. He’s been my best friend and companion through thick and thin. Thanks to the donations from my first fundraiser, Koda made it to his 13th birthday, and I'm forever grateful for the support we've received.

Koda started eating on his own the week before his April 10th appointment. It took time to get him to the vet due to delays in communication. At Shallowford Animal Hospital, he received an ear cleaning, Oti-pack-E, clindamycin, and Animax ointment. The Oti-pack-E cleared his ear, Animax healed his abscess, and the vet confirmed both ear infection and dental issues.

Koda is a mischievous, constant companion who loves cuddling, playing, and trying to sneak out of the house—no matter how old he gets! Despite his senior age, he still has kitten-like energy. He tries to maintain his dignity by cleaning himself, even dipping his face in water I give him. But due to his dental condition, he ends up smelling bad, so I bathe him—though he doesn’t like it, he tolerate
