I adopted Kody from the Atlanta Humane Society in 2012 when he was 8 weeks old. It’s been just the two of us ever since. We recently moved into a home with a yard so he could enjoy his senior years, but shortly after, he became very sick. I’m doing everything I can to keep him comfortable and give him the life he deserves.

Kody was recently diagnosed with a lung mass and possible heart involvement. He’s experiencing elevated respiratory rate and occasional arrhythmias. We’re pursuing diagnostics and treatment to keep him comfortable and extend his time. He’s still alert, eating, and enjoying time together, and I want to give him every chance.
