About this campaign

My dog's name is Kona. Kona means "lady "in Hawaii and my children loved the name so we decided to name her Kona. We went to a farm with my brother in law to check out baby Rottie for him. We saw Kona. The owner said she was too tiny and may not survive. She was the only tiny one and we fell in love with her immediately. We decided to keep her.

Kona is a very active and playful girl. she protects my kids and now granddaughter. She loves to stare outside the window and bark at everyone and any animal. She is so loving and loves attention. Kona plays and interacts with all my children all the time. She is a very loving girl and our children are in love with her.

Kona is very special to us in every way. She protects our home. She is always pushes her head to you so you can pet her. She always pushes your legs and lays underneath you. She is full of love. We love her! Kona is very aware of his surroundings and likes to protect her home. She is our pride and joy!

Kona started feeling sick after her heat cycle. She stopped playing around and being active as usual. She starting vomiting and she would just lay down. She started discharging brown liquid and did not eat. She took her to a animal hospital as it was late at night to get checked and evaluated. She has pyometra and needs surgery right away. We decided to take her to Vet for Pet for surgery.

I have a full-time job but have so many costs and I am hurting financially. Our household was positive with covid and my husband lost his job. We are trying to catch up on many bills and now we are trying to save our baby. It means the world to us to see Kona well and happy.
