KONA is a 8 year old Basenji in King City, CA, who needs $2,000 for Mass Removal Surgery.

We were taking care of her for an acquainted family that was going to come pick her up after they settled in therir new home back in 2017. We fell in love with her so we took her to the vet and found out she had a mass but we couldn't afford the surgery and now it gets worse and she struggles with her breathing, discomfort and cries from the pain.

She will have the large mass grade iii removed as well as a mass medium grade ii and if possible her bad teeth that also need dental care procedure .

She is a very traumatized dog. Gets anxious and scared easily. She loves to walk and go on drives. Our family loves her. She will sun bath for hours in the backyard. accompany us while watching tv.

We have welcomed the dogs we have at home from family or friends who can no longer keep where they live. It's been difficult getting her proper care with my vehicle issues and not having the funds needed for her surgery
