About this campaign
I bought my sweet Kylo Ren, from an irresponsible breeder. When I went to look at the puppies I saw my sweet boy crouched under a rocking chair and after hearing she did know what she was going to do with “that one” because of his big belly I instantly knew I had to save him. He is now the brother of my sweet Tucker (labradoodle) my Ryland Jade (human sister) and my crazy Jameson (human brother)
Kylo does not like to be leashed, however he could be worse. He is kennel trained when fed and sleeps in the room with my husband, and I. Mainly because he cannot be trusted to roam the house at night. He’s a sneaky little thing and will get into anything he is able to get his paws on. He absolutely LOVES snuggling with his brother tucker… tucker, not so much. He tolerates him like most siblings.
He loves pawing when he needs attention. Doesn’t care what you are doing or how full your hands are, he will always seem to get to them with his paw. He loves running the yard and wrestling with his big brother. When he’s in his kennel he does this silly thing where he rests his upper lip on the metal bar and just rests, exposing his teeth like he has no care in the world about how silly he looks.
I brought Kylo in to my local clinic for a routine cryptorchid neuter. Little did I know I would be rushing him to NC State veterinary school. That $500 surgery turned into an $8,000 surgery forcing them to remove his kidney. They found he had an ectopic ureter which was not emptying to his bladder properly causing it to back up to his kidneys for his entire 18 no of life.
This was a completely unexpected surgery, thank god I was able to use care credit however, the interest free ends in 6 months. I’m thankful for this, allowing to save my babes life, however I am really struggling as I have already spent <$1,000 on his meds and bills this far
