Lacey is awesome. She sits on chairs and on the couch just like a human would. She is my couch buddy. She is always with me and my family and we're completely attached to her and she with us. I love her and she will most likely be my last dog.

She doesn't have a mean bone in her body, but she likes chasing cats. She loves to cuddle and if she gets too warm, she will lay on my feet instead of my lap. She loves to be loved.

We've spoken to our local vet's office. In our small town that vet isn't always in the office. We took her to another vet in a bigger town near us, and that vet confirmed Pyometra. A UTI is the secondary infection. She gave us antibiotics and a pain med. Lacey needs her uterus removed. She has lost all appetite. She's depressed, and the antibiotic is making her sick.
