My puppy's name is Lady. She is a yorkie and Rat Terrier mix. She is 15 years old. This was my grandchildren dog. They moved out of the state Before that Lady was coming to my at 2 or 3 months old. She was very tiny and cute. very curious. I had a German shepherd that was 9 at the time. Lady would be dropped off to me. Very playful, grew as a runner., took off and out ran everybody.

If she was not dropped off I would go get her. I just could not imagine a tiny baby being left all along. But hey some people don’t have a choice. I had 2 cats at that time as well. they were 5 and 7. She tried to sleep and lay next to my german shepherd. At first she did not allow it. But she finally took to lady as her mother and she raised lady. Also the 2 cats herd her around.

They all became sister and brothers. They all use to fight over the best spot in my bed. after she grew up, knew better went wow there’s a best spot that everyone wants.The three musketeers have passed on and she’s the only one here with me. She gets all the attention. She misses the play, play fights, cuddling with the cats. She had best mom ever She taught lady everything. We miss all of them.

Lady has some mild arthritis. This is common for her age. Fitchburg vet hospital is the clinic she’s is going to currently. I went to them as a second opinion for pain. 2019 her doctor did dental work on lady teeth. Root fragments broke off in the gum. Doctor was unsuccessful removing the fragments. At 2nd dental work of 2021 that same doctor removed some of the fragments as she reported to me.

3 Drs from Fitchburg vet hosp looked at lady X-rays. Said the root frag is a reason to be in pain. Recommend dental work to know. I have spent money caring for my pets, I need assistance so lady can be pain free and not whining, but be calm and be comfortable and herself
