Lady is a 11 month old American Shorthair in Scarborough, ME, who needs $280 for Pyometra Syrgery.

She came into my life from a craigslist ad from a family who couldn't afford her food anymore in northern Maine. She has been a light in my home in Scarborough since then, and we all love her so much.

She has a pyometra, and I have 24 hours to get it cleared up bills-wise or else she will have to be euthanized. The surgery is extensive and is a minimum of $5500 where I am. The hospital is MVMC in Scarborough Maine.

She is an amazingly sweet girl, friendly with all people and animals, and is not yet a year old. I pray she makes it to that age as she is so deserving and genuinely such an affectionate and adoring animal.

If she were healthy again it would truly mean the world to me and my younger sisters in my home-- the youngest being only 7 years old. Her being healthy would restore her light with us and bring us back to our happy states once again.
