About this campaign
On Monday, July 10th, my wife and I brought home the sweetest puppy we have ever met. She was so tiny, yet already so full of love. It was a perfect match. On Wednesday, she started to seem less like herself so we took her to the vet in town and he said she was fine and sent us on our way. By Thursday, we were certain something was wrong so we took her to a veterinary hospital.
We were only able to have Ladybug at home for three days, but those three days had an incredible impact on our family. She is so sweet, affectionate, and such a snuggle bug. Her favorite thing is to curl up on our chests and snuggle while enjoying quality pets.
Ladybug is a sweetheart through and through. The technicians at the hospital agree, saying that she is the sweetest patient and look forward to getting to work with her.
Ladybug was initially being treated for hypothermia and hypoglycemia with no underlying cause. However, after days of treatment, monitoring, and tests, she is now being treated for Parvovirus after a positive test on Sunday morning.
We were able to cover the costs of her care for the first few days of treatment, but are reaching the end of our resources as we were not expecting this diagnosis at this point. Being able to bring our sweet girl home and give her endless snuggle would mean the world to us.
