About this campaign
Our 13 year old disabled family dog, Lainey, was viciously attacked by a neighborhood dog and left with a badly broken foot. She has been with us since we were all babies. As a single mom in my 20s, Lainey, her Pom sister, my daughter and I, have all grown up together and are so close.
My senior pom, Lainey, was attacked by a neighborhood dog. Unfortunately, it was her only good leg. She already has a limp due to a deformity- two missing toes on other foot. I’ve spent $1000 so far but they now recommend amputation as the best solution for her situation. We are so happy we found Apollo Vet in Wimberley, TX and have full trust and confidence in them. Estimate in photos.
Our family sometimes jokes that she was my first born. I’ve had her since she was a puppy, just before finding out I was going to have a human daughter. She was there when I had my daughter and has been the best, most caring and protective big sister over the last 12 years. She’s the goodest, sweetest girl.
I am a single mom and unfortunately, don’t have the same financial means I used to. I’m in debt for the recent vet bills but honestly, I will do whatever I need to do to take care of our Lainey and make sure she is not in pain and as happy as can be.
