Laya is a 5-year-old PitMix in Brookhaven , PA, who needs $1,750 for TPLO (Right Cruciate Ligament Disease).

Laya became a part of my life 6 years ago while I was in college. She was 10 weeks old when I got her and she has been by my side every single day since! I got Laya through a friends family. She was the rut of the litter and super lovable and energetic! Laya has always lived in a house with a yard and always around people.

Laya absolutely loves to be active and play ball! Laya’s favorite thing to do is play fetch with her ball either in the yard at the park or throwing it into the creek and her swimming to get it she is a outdoor active dog always enjoying going on hikes and swimming! The rare occasion when she is not playing she enjoys going for a car ride to get a pup cup!

Let’s just say Laya is a character for sure. When she is playing with her stuff animal toys she tends to bark and make noises at them very silly and if she wants your attention she will sing to us while sitting on your lap giving you kisses! She enjoys laying on the bed with her head on a pillow and wants to be tucked in just like a baby ha we love our Laya so much

Laya currently has a part torn acl and needs TYPLO surgery. Since she is a very active dog I am worried while waiting to book a surgery she will tear it fully but with this surgery it will help her get back to her normal very active self. Applied to care credit and scratch pay and was denied. My income has also decreased . Myself and Family have struggled a lot financially since my Dad passed away. This surgery is very important to get Laya back to her normal happy self. Much appreciated anything helps
