Lemon is a 4-year-old Domestic Shorthair Cat in Lakeville, MN, who needs $2,000 for Perineal Urethrostomy.

Lemon came from a home that could not afford his extensive treatment and was recently surrendered. I have taken him with the help of a few friends and am working to get him the surgery he needs.

Lemon is everyone’s favorite patient. He takes all his meds like a champ, keeps a clean house and readily takes all the pets he can get. I will be excited to see how he is with kids and other animals.

Lemon is a wonderful boy with fat cheeks that just wants to nap and snack. I have only known him in a hospital setting but I know he’s excited to be someone’s lazy kitty.

Unfortunately it is not rare for male cats to have urinary obstructions. They are cause by different things like stress or urinary stones and need extensive care, surgery or medications to overcome. For almost two weeks his ongoing care has been at Mission Animal Hospital with a few of our amazing Doctors ensuing he gets what he needs.

Like any other unexpected expense this unplanned and large one has come at a difficult time. Anything helps give Lemon a better chance at living a long happy life❤️
