When my daughter was 13 my ex-husband asked if he could get her a dog for her birthday. I already had 3 dogs, a pig, cat and 13 rescue alpaca. I said "no". He got the dog anyway. The 1st night we had "Leo" my daughter came in at midnight crying. She said "Leo won't let me sleep". So, Leo has slept with me on my head since day one. He has become the love of my life.

Leo is a pt of Dr Love at North Orange Vet in Fallbrook , Ca. Leo has been panting for a few months. Dr gave us an allergy shot, pain meds for possible strained ACL. We thought he was panting in pain but that is not it. He hasn't slept in almost 36 hours. The whites of his eyes are beat red! We've tried several diff meds. Doc office said we prob need x-ray. Leo is sooo special to us. Aussies are known as Velcro dogs. Leo is Definity my Velcro. I have a lot of health problems and Leo is my support dog. We just lost his pseudo mom (Ruby) 2 months ago to cancer. We lost his friend and bff (a pig, named Waddles) 4 months ago to cancer. It's just me and Leo now. We've all been through a lot. Life won't be ok without Leo. He is to young for health issues.

I am in the middle of a horrible horrible nasty divorce. My ex just left me here with animals and kids, the house, etc. My house is on the market. I have NEVER been so $ strained or scared. I am begging for help. I can't watch my little Leo suffer; he can't breathe.
