Leo is a 9-year-old Boxer in Miami, FL who needs $4,000 for MRI and blood tests.

Leo chose us as a family. After my Great Aunt passed, we decided on purchasing a dog from a private owner. When we arrived at their home, all of the boxer boys and girls were sleeping. He was the only one who walked towards us and immediately played. The owners called him two face. His head was half fancy fawn and tiger stripe. From that moment on, we knew he was the one. We chose the name Leo because we adopted him at the beginning of August. Additionally, my Aunt whom had recently passed was a Leo sign. We both fell in love with the name and felt it was a sign. Leo has been part of our family since he was 6 weeks old. His birthday is June 17, 2011. When he was younger we would always take him out for car rides and visits to the park. When we introduced our daughter for the first time, he was so scared he immediately ran towards the bathroom. He's been great to us, our daughter and my family. Our daughter, Haven, calls Leo her brother.
