Leo is a 3 year old Selkirk Rex in Waterville, OH, who needs $2,000 for Liver/Kidney Failure.

I got Leo from a rescue shelter about 2 years ago, he is only 3 and used to be very active and vocal up until a month and a half ago. He has other fur siblings that he used to groom and play with and has been a light in the darkness for me. He was my first fur baby and he definitely let's you know his opinion and if he wants something changed.

About a month and a half ago he had a neurological episode or threw multiple blood clots we weren't able to get an exact answer. He almost died and was put on medication to help but lost an extreme amount of weight and has not intook as much food and water as he should be. He is now severely jaundiced. Yellow skin, ears, and mouth and desperately needs to go to the vet again.

Leo loves to bounce around and play with his siblings, he used to chase them around and climb to his favorite perch on a cat tree and with most his siblings being younger he definitely acts like a big brother and grooms and cares for them. He loves to snuggle on his terms and groom me and has been my light in the darkness since I first saw his fluffy face.

I work 3 jobs to try and make ends meet especially after Leo's first 2,500 dollar vet visit. I am the only source of income for my house and watching Leo slowly waist away ajd not being able to do anything about it is crushing me.
