About this campaign

Leo is my first pet, a 1-year-old tabby kitten full of love and energy. He has been with me since he was a tiny baby and now lives with me indoors in Windsor, Ontario. He is more than just a pet—he is my family, my companion, and the one who makes my small home feel alive and warm every single day.

Leo has been struggling with painful urinary blockages, which are life-threatening for male cats. After multiple catheter procedures, his vets confirmed he urgently needs a Perineal Urethrostomy (PU) surgery to survive. He is currently under care at the Windsor/Essex Humane Society Veterinary Clinic. Without this surgery, his condition cannot be managed.

Leo is my family, my first pet, and the reason I look forward to coming home every day. He waits at the door for me, follows me around, and comforts me on my hardest days. He is playful, affectionate, and fills my life with joy. I cannot imagine a single day without him, and the thought of losing him breaks me completely.
He is a dog in cat’s skin, that’s how i can explain how he is.

I work part-time and have already exhausted all my resources on Leo’s treatments. The cost of his surgery is more than I can afford alone. Having him healthy again would mean the world to me it would give Leo the happy, pain-free life he deserves.
