Leonidas found me when he needed a loving & caring home while suffering from parvo disease as a puppy. For months he fought so hard for his life, & eventually overcame the disease. He was dubbed The Miracle Pup by the doctors at UPenn, for his amazing recovery, & we have been enjoying life together ever since.

Recently, now eight years old, Leonidas was diagnosed with a carcinoma in one of his anal glands which requires removal surgery. If he does not have the tumor removed, it will grow & spread to other parts of his body. If it is removed, he will live for several more years.

Leonidas is incredibly intelligent, he loves to run errands & help me around the house. He enjoys helping me put groceries away, bringing me my slippers in the morning, and opening doors. He loves to be helpful & to spend as much time with me as possible. He loves hiking, cuddling, & chasing tennis bells. Leo is the sweetest boy who loves life and deserves more of it.
