Levi is a 8 year old Shih Tzu in Rockwell, NC, who needs $2,000 for Oral Surgery Advanced Periodontal Disease.

Levi came to us when my husband's father passed away. He has been with us for only 5 months. We have 3 other small dogs that he lives with. Levi loves to bark at the others when he wants to play or they are playing without him.

Levi was attacked by a dog visiting our house and because of this attack his lower jaw was fractured. We are using Cabarrus Animal Hospital for the oral surgery. They will be reattaching the lower jaw and cleaning his teeth.

Levi is a very loving dog and enjoys being able to curl up next to you on the couch. He play with our other dogs and enjoys his lamby stuff toys. We inherited him from my husbands father and step mom which make him extra special.

My husband is retired military and I am about to retire from teaching in a week. We are therefore on a fixed income. With our change in financial income due to my current retirement this unexpected vet bill will strap us.
