We rescued Lex from a friend who could no longer care for her. She came to us as a puppy. Slowly, we began to obedience train her, and she picked up on social cues and potty trained herself. At first it was a temporary rehoming for us, but we developed the love for her that could not be Broken.

Lex has become such a sweet girl. She has taught all of us in our home to have patience and show kindness towards one another only special dog like her hand bring a family like us together.

Our dog has an intestinal blockage that was diagnosed by the veterinarian the only recourse we have right now is to do surgery. We are a large family of nine members seven of those are children. We love and care for our dog and would be devastated shit anything happened to her.

We are a large family with seven children and two adults, although both parents work, most of our finances are tied up in bills for the Home and Daycare cost. Just for the evaluation at the vet we paid over $500 which has already been a financial strain for our family.
