About this campaign

Lexi was a rescue that became part of our family when she was 6 months old. She shares a home with her male companion Duke (boxer) who she sees as her son.

I kindly ask with a heart full of hope that you consider donating to help us provide the best care for my daughter’s best friend, Lexi who requires an unexpected lung tumor removal surgery or chemotherapy.
Her oncologist is
Provider: Dr. Jennifer Wiley, DVM, DACVIM(O) at SACS - Animal Cancer center
Diagnosis:
• Solitary left dorsal lung mass: suspect primary lung tumor (pulmonary carcinoma)

Lexi loves to play with her fur friend Duke, enjoys sleeping with her stuffed animals and is afraid of thunder. has been the friendly face to greet us with her toy ready to play. has been by my daughter’s every big moment of her life from prom, HS graduation, birthdays, and her own cancer treatment. she remind us everyday that unconditional love exists and she is the sunshine on our cloudy days.

This has been a sudden major expense for we also have Duke’s surgery expense of $1500 and ongoing medical expenses of our daughter’s cancer treatment.
