My doggy entered my life at my lowest point. After i became extremely depressed and lost my job, i got her as a gift to help lift my spirits. Ever since she has been by my side as much as possible. She’s been with me when I had to move cities, with me when I came out of hospitals, with me when no one else was. She’s my world, and she helps me focus on the good in the world.

Lexi has a severe tooth infection that has been spreading. It causes her severe distress and pain. She now winces in pain when I try to pet near her mouth, which hurts my soul. She has been visiting Awesome Care Vet clinic by our house and seems to have grown attached to them.

My pet is everything to me. Lexi is my soulmate. I can’t live without her right now. She is my emotional support, my rock.

She is a skittish pup but warms up to others quickly. I think she thinks she’s a person honestly. She didn’t socialize with other dogs because she was by my side when I was homebound for the first few years of her life.

The infection has spread more quickly than I had anticipated and now I’m scared for her life. It would mean the world to me to have her illness free, because I still need her with me. I don’t know if I’ll be able to make it without her help.
