We got lightning in a time of our life that wasn’t the best but he made it so much more lively & fun. He made so many smiles & laughs around that time that so happened to be when my mother passed away. In the same year we lost our apartment & me & my girlfriend had to live separate for some months until we got our new apartment this year & lightning stayed with us threw it all. He’s my bestfriend

Lightning is the definition of a good boy. He loves kids & all the family loved him on first sight. He had a little accidents in the house at first as a puppy but that was expected but he ended up learning how to tell us when he needed to go outside. He was scared to go outside at first & it ended up being one of his favorite places besides up under us. With anybody he is a loving caring dog.

Lightning been special since day one. The moment we came from work & saw him we fell Inlove instantly buying him whatever we thought he wanted even though he would prefer a sock or some underwear lol but he’s playful all the time loves going outside loves cuddling at night & during naps he loves looking out the window & going on car rides & he’s very protective

So on a Monday he got into some trash that I happened to have in the living room because I was quarantined away from my new born daughter while I was sick. He also ate some of my girlfriends jeans which he’s done before as a younger puppy but this time it got stuck in his intestine according to the emergency vet & he’s nauseous & has bloody diarrhea. He’s dehydrated & won’t eat at all anymore.

I broke my foot In July & wasn’t able to work & just had a new born baby in June on top of the fact that my girlfriend has been a stay at home mom. Our funds have been low but if I could raise this money to help my bestfriend it would mean the world to us.
