Recently, I adopted a sweet cat named Lil Linda from a friend. From the moment I brought her home, it was clear she’s an absolute love—gentle, affectionate, and full of trust despite everything she’s been through.

When I adopted Lil Linda, she already had a severely bulging eye. I worked to get her into the vet as soon as I could, and after an exam, the doctors confirmed what I was afraid of: her eye cannot be saved. She’s currently on strong antibiotics and pain medication, but the vet has told me that her eye needs to be removed as soon as possible to prevent further pain and complications.

Linda is the sweetest, most curious breath of fresh air in my home. She came to me during a divorce. Carl, an older cat, and I were very sad. Seeing her grow and be silly and snuggle with us has helped us heal. She's simply lovely.
