About this campaign
Lilith came to us through a resuce that works with a sister rescue in Mexico, Compassion without borders. She came to us during Covid, and has been my walking partner ever since to help keep my mind at ease. Everyone who meets her loves her including myself, her dad, her human sister , and her cat sister. Her loving, loyal personality fills our home with happiness every day.
Lilith has been diagnosed with bilateral cranial cruciate ligament (CCL) tears in both hind legs and urgently needs TPLO surgery to walk comfortably again. We are currently working with Sheldon veterinary office in Roseville. Right now, even basic movement causes pain, and watching her struggle to even use the restroom has been heartbreaking.
Lilith is incredibly funny, affectionate, and always knows how to make people smile. She loves her blankets and her babies (toys). She usually greets everyone with excitement and love. Seeing her unable to run, play, or move normally anymore has been devastating because she has always been such a joyful, active part of my life.
The cost of TPLO surgery is far beyond what I can manage alone, especially with both hind legs affected. Any support would help give Lilith a chance to live pain-free again and return to the happy, active life she deserves.
