This is Lilly (a.k.a lillabean) she is a 3 year old red heeler/border collie mix. We adopted Lilly when she was 8 weeks old from a couple near by. We adopted Lillys sister Macy a few years prior, but she passed away suddenly and there was a huge void. The couple that had Macy just happen to have another litter and we couldn't pass up the opportunity. Lilly is a mommy and an auntie lol.

This past October I started to notice a white dot in Lillys one eye, I did not think anything of it. Early to mid December I noticed that both of her eyes were cloudy and she was having trouble seeing. We went to see her vet today and unfortunately she has cataracts most likely from genetics. No diabetes which is a plus.

Lilly has quite the family, she has five other dogmembers, three cat family members, a rabbit and two geckos. Lilly loves people more than her other siblings, she will run up to people and want her belly rubbed or she will just sit next to you and lean on your leg. Lilly does like to dance for treats, but ever since her eye issue she hasn't really wanted to do that which is a bummer.

Lillys big sister Phoebe had to have emergency surgery last month to have her spleen removed and that kind of set us back. Then last week we were hit with another bill for Shadow which is Lillys best buddy, he was diagnosed with Lyme disease, so then this issue with Lilly.
