My beloved dog Lily has been a part of my life for the last 13 years. She was gifted to me when I was in high school and we have been inseparable ever since. She has been more than just a pet; Lily has provided me with unconditional love and support through out the years.

About 3/4 weeks ago I noticed Lily was acting unusual. She became very lethargic, didn’t have much of an appetite and began to drastically lose weight. I took her to her vet where they performed some tests. I received a call and was told to rush her to an emergency vet because her kidney levels were elevated. After further testing and an abdominal sonogram, Lily was diagnosed with kidney failure

Lily was the missing puzzle piece to my family. She has given us so many years of love, laughter and wonderful memories. She will follow us anywhere to make sure that her favorite humans are ok. And when she can’t follow us she will wait at the door until we come back home.

My family is currently experiencing financial hardship and Lily’s unforeseen medical expenses are way over our means. I am trying everything I possibly can within my means to save my dog especially after being told that she has a chance at living.
