About this campaign

Lily has been a part of my life since the day I helped her mom give birth to her, she was the first to do everything, the first born, to open her eyes, to explore outside the basket, to decide she was going to be mine. She has always been a tiny cat with a BIG attitude and nothing scares her.

Lily is the Queen of the house, amongst the other 4 cats, 2 dogs, 2 birds, and the dragon (aka her boyfriend) she rules them all! She takes no sass from anyone, including the humans, and doesn't fear putting the dogs in their place when they annoy her. She's also the phantom lap cat, she loves all people and will magically appear in your lap without you noticing.

Lily's goal in life is to lay in the lap of her people, when she can't she will cry until someone picks her up and puts her in the baby body wrap or allows her to lay on them. She also LOVES soft blankets and claims any that come in the house as her own.

Lily was diagnosed with a Salivary Carcinoma by her vet at VCA Covington and referred to the specialists at Summit Veterinary Referral Center, she has since had a CT Scan to confirm the cancer has not spread and been given a favorable surgical outcome as long as we can get the surgery done before the cancer spreads.

Our Chausie Stanley almost dies last year and it cost over $16,000 to save his life, we are still paying that debt off which has been a financial burden when being hit with an additional almost $10,000 to save Lily's life.
