Lily is a 2-month-old Torby Cat in Snow Hill, MD, who needs $1,500 for Ophthalmic Surgery, Ovarian Hysterectomy, Parasite Eradication Treatments.

Lily and her siblings were born 9 weeks ago to a homeless mom. Friends and I decided to help by adopting them all. I chose Lily from the start. The day I picked her up I could see her eye was damaged so I rushed to the closest veterinarian who diagnosed a ruptured eye and other problems. We went home with many meds and baby food. Yesterday Her eye had deteriorated badly and she was hospitalized.

Lily came home with 2 strangers(me and my son)and a serious eye problem.She played, slept, ate and pooped while keeping her eye on us. I had to give her eye drops and other meds 3x a day,so she was wary of me and hid a lot. But her sweet and playful temperament kept her exploring. She was kept from her big brothers, but she perks her ears and looks up when she hears them meow outside our room.

Lily was the 1st sibling to leave the box. When the others slept, she scouted out her environment. She is adventurous, smart, independent and curious. Her favorite toys are a little orange ball she plays soccer with and a penguin she cuddles. She loves to eat, and strangely, she brightens at the sound of a man's voice!She is sweet and rarely cries. It took no time at all to fall in love with her!

Dr. Carol Lewis said she had a badly ruptured eye, herpes, parasites and other problems.We spoke daily, sent pix and visited 3x. 2days ago she woke up crying loudly and refused to eat all day so I knew she hurt bad. Her eye looked terrible. At the vet she was hospitalized to prepare for surgery

Lily is such a lovely girl who deserves a chance at life.She brings sweet joy to our home.Her cat bros want to meet her, and my autistic son and I want her home asap.Lupus keeps me home.Lily and we need each other. Our income is low due to disabilities.Our attention is big
