Lincoln is a 6-year-old Lab/Pit in Medina, OH, who needs $2,000 for CCL Surgery.

Lincoln was adopted by us when he was 12 weeks old from a local pet rescue. Our daughter, who was 10 at the time, picked him over his rolly-polly brother, Washington. He was such a great puppy, even though he was a poop eater at first!

Lincoln has always been great with our cat and guinea pig. He loves his dad and sister, but truth be told, he loves his mama the MOST. Lately though due to a recent medical diagnosis, he has a hard time deciding who to sit next to because he seems concerned about the medical equipment his dad has to use!

Lincoln usually follows mama around 100% of the time when she's home. He hates water though, so when she is in the pool, he steers clear! He loves to play fetch and loves his peanut butter in the mornings! He also loves it when we accidentally leave bread or leftovers on the table.....

Lincoln had been healthy, until he wasn't. He is SO sad and I can tell he is hurting. I keep telling him ,'We're gonna fix it." I had no idea how expensive something like this could be! He will be in good hands with our veterinarian. They give him peanut butter, too! :)

This is our second sudden emergency medical expense in 7 months, this one just happens to be non-human. Not getting him the surgery he needs is not an option, no matter what. He's our bestest boy.
